[TYPO3-core] Get rid of @package and @subpackage annotations

Hey there,

we have those @package and @subpackage annotations in many core classes, 
but:
* They are old and unmaintained (especially after namespace switch)
* There is no rule set anywhere on what they should contain
* They are used exactly ... well ... nowhere! Not even on API 
documentations like http://typo3.org/api/typo3/
* The file location shows very well to which part a piece of code belongs.

I propose to remove all of them without any substitution.
