[TYPO3-core] Remove / Cleanup sub-projects of Core

IMHO the core team should evaluate whether or not to include the sub 
projects to the core and to take responsibility to maintain it.
After all, if a project is not active much, moving it into the focus of the 
whole team might be the only option (besides dropping it).

IMHO sub projects should only exits if there is active work done.


Another thing that should be done is to add categories for all sysext, 
because then it becomes easier to filter the list in forge.
