GitHub is a collaboration suite.
Gerrit is a review system.

They serve different purposes. I'd prefer GitHub if it had something like a 
review system. GitHub is much easier than our RedMine+Gerrit+Wiki. But 
Gerrit works well for us, so I'd stay with Gerrit.
