[TYPO3-core] Better usage of votes on Forge

Hi François,

I like the that approach very much. Some weeks ago we have been talking
about a new "Zap the Gremlins" sessions for the most annoying
bugs/misbehaviours in TYPO3. Forge covers the "most annoying" part with
the votes feature - however it also would be interesting, to get
feedback from "regular editors" that don't have a typo3.org Account at
all... If there are any ideas/suggestions/remarks...

For the time being I've create the two custom queries:
* Most wanted Bugfixes: http://forge.typo3.org/issues?query_id=322
* Most wanted Features: http://forge.typo3.org/issues?query_id=321

I agree that bugs need to be tackled in general, if in doubt about what
to fix first, the "most wanted" attribute helps to make more people
happy... ;-)

Cheers,
Olly
