I took a look at a few issues and there are some questions/remarks:

Can't reproduce, but Stan thinks it's to do with ExtJS3.3

Tried with German translation and most tooltips, labels are in German. 
Is it still an issue?

     Bug #28604: Switching from workspace module to another module does 
not work
Couldn't reproduce, but it was related to the card layout which was 
reverted some time ago.

     Bug #28618: Card Layout: Add polling for TCEForms
Without the new card layout, the issue seems to be less urgent; Kay 
Strobach says it can be closed.

     Bug #29033: CardLayout: Switching between list and page while 
working leads to inconsistent states
Also related to the reverted card layout changes.

     Bug #29297: Clickmenu links broken
Also related to the reverted card layout changes.

     Bug #32261: mkdir_deep does not set correct permissions nor create 
group
4.7/4.6 patches are merged; Steffen Ritter mentions that patch for 4.5 
is not necessary

     Bug #32292: Page within a mountpoint using "Show Content from Page" 
results in 503 header
Merged in 4.7, can be backported to 4.6

     Bug #32581: Slider doesn't work in IE with compatibilty mode IE=9
Yes, still a problem, but needs ExtJS knowledge

     Bug #33160: tslib_pibase: Outdated PHPDoc comment for pi_loadLL()
Merged. Resolved.

     Bug #33357: Media content element doesn't work with YouTube URLs
FAL related, not for 4.7

     Bug #33685: Open a record from "Recently Used Documents" fails
Still valid.

     Bug #33718: Fatal error function posix_getgroups is not available
Under review.

     Bug #33942: Unknown t3lib_TcaRelationService in StaticRecordCollection
Pushed to Gerrit, but Gerrit reports that it depends on 1 outdated 
change(s) and should be rebased on the latest patch sets. I'm not sure 
what to do with that.

     Bug #34020: Toolbar Separator IE8
Merged

     Bug #34246: tx_coreupdates_migrateworkspaces tries to upgrade non 
existing tables
Not fixed yet.

     Bug #34303: IRRE hide/unhide broken in master
Haven't tested

     Bug #34308: With "virtual page-root" review-grid needs restriction 
to mountpoints
Under review

     Bug #34371: Custom HTML5 attributes loose their hyphens when 
rendered in frontend
Confirmed, but haven't found the place yet where this happens.

     Bug #34409: Class Tx_Extbase_Utility_Extension not found
Not fixed.

     Bug #34443: With tt_news installed update to 4.7beta1 fails
Closed because it's a tt_news bug (dependency on t3lib_htmlmail)

     Bug #34446: undefined variable imgExt in tslib_content.php
Under review..

     Bug #34460: Allowed excludefields shows fields of tables which are 
admin only
Under review.

     Bug #34473: Fatal error is thrown in xliff parser if a xlf file 
contains XML in wrong format
Not fixed.

     Bug #34482: Fatal error: Call to undefined function posix_getgid()
Merged in 4.8, can be backported

     Bug #34526: Mail sending fails with quoted&encoded e-mail addresses
Function was part of old mail API; I'd like to see the functions 
deprecated at least.

     Task #34441: TYPO3 logo points to typo3.com
Merged in 4.8; can go to 4.7 directly and needs to be backported to or 
rewritten for older branches (it's for the typo3.org relaunch)

Can you update the list a bit?
