[TYPO3-core] Can somebody please merge these nobrainer CGL patches?

hi everybody,

can someone please review/merge these nobrainer CGL violation patches? we
are not far away to be able to activate these CGL rules in jenkins. i guess
they where overlooked the last days because only the "version" and
"workspaces" submodules are concerned.
