[TYPO3-core] Release of TYPO3 6.0 alpha3 postponed

Dear TYPO3 Community,

the release of TYPO3 6.0 alpha3 was scheduled to be released today.
Due to some technical problems we had to postpone the release to 
tomorrow July, 25th in the late afternoon/ evening hours.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
