[TYPO3-core] Backporting to 4.5?

There was a 4.6/4.5 backports initiative for certain low-impact 
features. This wasn't a real success, so it is up to the RMs to say if 
it should still be backported.

If it can be solved in a backwards compatible manner (subject is set 
automatically if field is left blank for existing forms) it can be a 
candidate for backporting IMO.
