[TYPO3-core] Naming of Files and Classes

Hey Steffen and Benni,

get in contact with me. We made some progress regarding this at the 
Freiburg Code Sprint. We should schedule a meeting including Ingmar as 
this should get into 6.0

Otherwise we would have to wait until 7.0
