[TYPO3-core] Cleaning up Gerrit

On the following issue I submitted a patch, but it is never tested by 
anyone... https://review.typo3.org/#change,1318 and 
https://review.typo3.org/#change,1319 (Steffen Kamper disappeared - and 
"will continue soon" never happend)

With the submitted patch I was able to download from official TYPO3 
repository and a second inserted repository. I will try to rebase the 
patch and do some testing again. So please do not abandon this issue. I 
will continue working on this patch.
