[TYPO3-core] Remove flash uploader in TYPO3 4x?

Hi all,

IMO, we can take our time before removing or even deprecating Flash.
There is no such hurry. After reading all posts on this topic, it is
clear that today, both solutions have pros and cons. And even if I'm
more attracted by the use of new technologies such as HTML5 in TYPO3,
it is clear that many users will take a few years before using tools
that take full advantage of HTML5.

So WHY DO WE HAVE TO CHOOSE between Flash and HTML5 ? Do we really
have to remove Flash upload to implement the HTML5 support ? If we
remove Flash to replace it by HTML5, it's not because it's
incompatible, but just because "we", as dev, do not like it. But we'd
make a mistake if we don't think about the users, our clients.

We are good enough to add HTML5 multi-upload support without removing
Flash. At least for the next versions of TYPO3 ? By default, if the
user uses a modern browser, the HTML5 uploader will be provided. If
not, the flash is used… And of course, this option can be disabled if
the users doesn't need or want it.

It took a long time to forget IE6 (and some of us are still dealing
with it - it's not a choice, it's having a business with a client).
IE7, 8 and 9 will still be our client's tools for a long time... We'll
sadly have to deal with it.
