[TYPO3-core] Backport or directly? // [TASK] Group excludefields by table

Hi,

seems that I don't feel I can decide this one  ---- so "[TASK] Group 
excludefields by table" https://review.typo3.org/#change,9108 introduces 
a (great) usability change which I'd suggest to have in every release of 
4.5.x. But it's not necessarily a bugfix. So is my assumption right that 
this change has to go the 4.5-backports (only?)
