[TYPO3-core] How to get started with FAL from incubator....

Just to keep some of my findings visible for others. In order to get the 
images in the frontend going again it seems that setting 
"tt_content.image.20.imgPath = typo3/" makes sense ~ because all paths 
generated for the images are now absolute or relative to the typo3 main dir.

Will the current default value (uploads/pics/) just be changed in the 
future or will this be solved differently?
