[TYPO3-core] How to refer to TYPO3_CONF_VARS in the documentation (since v6.0)

IMHO we should just use branches as for the core project ... that way, we 
can seperate the documentation for each TYPO3 release. The rest would be 
some little script magic for the rendering.
