[TYPO3-core] Was the deprecation policy followed for TYPO3 6.0?

Hi,

concerning the public API: I am pretty sure it was followed very closely.
However there are some functions changed/removed which are meant to be
internal but could have been used in the wild but chances are about 0.5% ;)

Please just post the concrete error and it is easy to tell.
