No it is not what I meant. Although it is a functional in a way, it can 
be considered "peripheral" IMO, in the sense that it's not going to 
break anything in the way neither the FE nor the BE works. Which is why 
I discussed the possibility to bring this in after feature freeze with 
the RMs. As you know, they are allowed to decide about this, although I 
am sure they would rescind if such a decision caused an uproar. I doubt 
that this will be the case for the proposed changes. I may be wrong of 
course.
