[TYPO3-core] Github process

Dear list,

out of curiosity - is there a process to get Github fork/pull request to 
forge?

On the one hand issues from the Github issue tab could be imported to 
forge (https://github.com/typo3/TYPO3v4-Core/issues). But more 
interestingly there are also Pull Requests 
(https://github.com/typo3/TYPO3v4-Core/pulls) that may include code 
improvements.

Shall there be come kind of importer automatism and/or a task that posts 
the info to a mailing list/ticker? I think that qualified feedback must 
not strand on some remote tracker.
