[TYPO3-core] Minutes of the 15th meeting of the 4.7 Release Team

Hi dear TYPO3 community,

These are the minutes of the 15th TYPO3 Release Team Meeting for version
4.7.

On Monday, March 26th 2012 we held our 15th meeting with the following
participants:
  - Steffen Ritter (4.7 Release Manager)
  - Ben van't Ende (Community Manager)
  - Oliver Hader (Core Team Leader)

We just discussed some changes and additions in Release Notes and
Announcement regarding to testing and upgrading which already had been
integrated for the Release of Beta 3.

Besides that we all were quite comfortable with our current state of 4.7.

The meeting has been quite short though.
