Hi,

first of all, a big thanks for releasing the RC1!

In the release notes on <http://wiki.typo3.org/TYPO3_4.6>, there is this
paragraph:

> 
> Extensions saltedpasswords and rsaauth are not automatically activated and used if the server meets the corresponding requirements.

Should the "not" be a "now" instead?
