[TYPO3-core] SVN read access to master via github.com possible

Hi Ernesto,

thanks for your explanations.

As I said: I know how to deal with submodules, but users seem to be irritated when using the snapshot function of gitweb.
Maybe one can add a hint to the description of the repository?
