[TYPO3-core] [TYPO3-v4] Release of 4.5.3 next week

Hi Ernesto,

why don't you wait another week and let the next bugday go by?
I've some small bugs pending for 4.5.3 in gerrit, which can be easily verified and submitted during the next bugday.
