(almost) enough has been said. Kind of summary:

* Working in a team: github
* Share your work with outside world: push to 
"sandbox/<username>/<whateveryouwant>" instead of "refs/for/<branch>" 
(see `git branch -a`, which sandboxes already exist). You can delete 
your sandboxes here:
