[TYPO3-core] FYI: Updated EXT:workspaces and EXT:version to version 4.5.0

Hi,

I raised the EXT:workspaces and EXT:version version in the core to 4.5.0 
(rev. 10334).

Since RC2 there've only been two minor CSS issues to get it running in 
IE6. Besides that thanks to all active team members and contributors, 
the success of the last months is really impressive.
