[TYPO3-core] FYI #17326: Update language packages in Extenson Managr: Button misaligned

Hi!

This is the formal FYI message for the follow-up discussed in #17281, 
which was committed in rev. 10333.

Problem:
When you want to update the language packs in the new EM, the button is 
misaligned so that the label is not visible.

Solution:
remove position: relative from ExtJS buttons
