The attached patch v3 changes the require_once to be absolute using 
dirname(__FILE__). Thus t3lib_div is loaded and php recognizes this 
correctly. Strange anough that getcwd() also returned wrong path with 
only one letter of all uppercase letters in path in lowercase.
