[TYPO3-core] RFC 17279: Old Contextmenu: Partly broken - Mount as TreeRoot / Hide / Unhide / Delete

Problem:
Currently the context menu options above are partly broken. The three last 
ones are refreshing the pagetree too fast and the first one completely 
doesn't work.

Solution:
Add a delay to the tree refreshing feature to increase the possibility that 
the page is deleted/enabled/disabled before the node is refreshed.

Also the mount as tree root feature javascript call was rewritten to use the 
new methods of the pagetree.

Note:
The solution looks like a hack and in fact it is an hack, but it works in 
most situations. We can drop this feature if you prefer an broken old 
context menu or let's add it and finally replace the old context menu in 
4.6.
