Hi,

Nice catches! I partly agree with SteffenG: the fixes need to go through 
the various projects.
Maybe it's best to split the patch (just by editing the patch file) in 
pieces for each extension and send them to the RMs. They can decide 
whether it can go in (they're almost no-brainers) and they can forward 
them to the projects.

I don't see reason for these simple changes to wait until 4.6
