In the typo3/view_help.php popup, the only allowed HTML tags are strong, 
em, b and i, but indeed 
extDirect_DataProvider_ContextHelp::getContextHelp() imposes no such 
restriction, which should maybe be considered a bug.

For links you should use the "seeAlso" property.
