[TYPO3-core] RFC Bug #17215: Numbering of colPos inconsistent

There was still a bug in the list of colPos items when the content 
element was created by clicking on the + icon of an existing element, 
since in that case there is no real PID in the params array. Instead 
it's the negative UID of the trigger element.

Attached V4 corrects that as well.
