[TYPO3-core] FYI: Raised Extbase and Fluid version number to 1.3.0RC1

Hey everybody,

I raised the Extbase and Fluid version in the core to 1.3.0RC1 -- this
release contains 24 Extbase and 3 Fluid bugfixes. Kudos goes to the
whole Extbase/Fluid Team for their great work!
