[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #17156: htmlArea RTE: Disable Merge cells button in FF when less than two cells are selected

Problem:
In Firefox, the Merge cells button is enabled even if no table cell or 
only one table cell is selected.

Solution:
In Firefox, the Merge cells button should be enabled only if at least 
two table cells are selected.
