[TYPO3-core] RFC #16628: All TCA forms "group" with size=1 have height of 85px

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
TCEforms type multiselect does not take the size setting into account.
Due to the CSS setting of min-height: 85px, they don't look like you can 
add only one item.

Solution:
Don't output the CSS class tceforms-multiselect, if it's not a 
multiselect (aka size=1) and remove the min-height: 85px

Note:
Patch by Benni, I'm only sending it, thus please count my
+1 by reading and testing
