cool - +1 by reading and testing.

2 remarks:
  is not needed with the spans, they have a width with CSS
for cancel this icon match much better, the quarder doesn't look nice in 
a button:
t3-icon t3-icon-status t3-icon-status-status 
t3-icon-status-permission-denied

What a pity that sprites are not usable with iconCls in Ext buttons, you 
see all other sprites repeated on x axis.
