[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #16948: htmlArea RTE: Temporary files folder should never be expanded in drag & drop tab

Problem:
Temporary files folder should not be expanded in drag & drop tab, 
because it would allow to insert in the content reference to a temporary 
file that could later be deleted. The same constraint applies to the 
plain image tab. The problem does not arise with the magic image tab, 
because the inserted reference will be to a newly created magic image.

Solution:
Attached patch fixes an issue arising when switching to the drag and 
drop tab after expanding a temporary files folder in the magic image tab.
