[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed issue #16940: htmlArea RTE: Log magic image creation failures to syslog

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Type:
Bugfix/cleanup

Problem:
Some installation/configuration issues may cause magic image insertion 
to silently fail. In the RTE, this will cause the image insertion 
dialogue window to remain open with no image being inserted.

Solution:
Log to syslog any error that may prevent creation of the magic image.
