[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #17676: htmlArea RTE: Some combo stores are loaded twice

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Bugfix

Problem:
Stores of toolbar combos fontstyle, fontsize and language are configured 
as autoload but are also explicitly loaded resulting in duplicate ajax 
requests.

Solution:
Delete explicit load. Monitor result of autoload.
