[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed issue #17659: htmlArea RTE: Delete deprecated plugin information variables

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Cleanup

Problem:
Plugin information variables developer_url, c_owner and sponsor_url
were deprecated in TYPO3 4.4.

Solution:
Delete them.
