[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature #17658: htmlArea RTE: Write troubleshooting messages to JavaScript console

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Type:

Problem:
Client-side troubleshooting messages should go to the JavaScript console.

Solution:
1. Remove extension configuration variable "Troubleshooting mode".
2. Remove logging area below RTE editing area.
3. Reduce number of messages issued.
4. Issue error if stylesheets could not be accessed after 20 attempts.
5. Write messages to JavaScript console (Firefox needs Firebug).
6. If the console is the TYPO3 backend debug console, write only error 
messages.
