[TYPO3-core] RFC #4759: Incorrect values of colPos, sys_language_uid and sorting after moving records in web > list

Attaching new version of the patch fixing the order of the moved 
translation records.

Please test with latest release (or SVN) of 4.3, 4.4 or 4.5 or with trunk.
