[TYPO3-core] Move contrib/ out of typo3/

Hi!

I agree with Christian that the symlinks shouldn't be a big problem.
To avoid people forgetting it, a simple updater check for the Installer would suffice.
Additionally some of the contrib stuff is also used in the FE.
