[TYPO3-core] TER problem?

I don't know, how often the mirrors are synced. I assume at least once 
per hour.

There are no (to me) known problems with the TER. Only with the TER 
search on typo3.org (ter_fe extension).

I've created a task that sb. checks what's the status of the Cablan.net 
mirror. Thanks for reporting.
