Steffen, i have no problem with sandbox. There anyone should be able to 
push into, test, try a.s.o.
But sandbox also is a "temporary" thingy which could be cleared at any 
time, so it's nothing relyable for projects.
My concern was more a chaotic structure with all the branches.
