Hi Stan,

yes, i have an idea. I had this with the ExtJS Demo and i think it's a 
css issue. When i removed the doheader, all worked fine.

So my plan is to render the docheader as tbar and use the body as normal 
body. Then we can remove the tricky css+js for the docheader and get 
focus back.
