[TYPO3-core] Strange RTE behaviour in IE7 when setup.override.navFrameResizable (4.4 branch)

Hi Steffen,

I have this strange bug (http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=15667) that 
the RTE toolbar does not respond at all in IE7 when 
setup.override.navFrameResizable is set in UserTSConfig. But the 
features do work when invoked through the RTE context menu. This happens 
with current SVN 4.4 branch, but not in trunk. It works correctly in IE6 
(although very slowly!) and in IE8!

Do you have any idea in what direction to look for what may cause such a 
problem in IE7?
