[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed #11415 - Misleading info: No workspaces found!

Hey all,

the attached patch was just committed to SVN.

Branches: trunk, 4.4, 4.3

BT reference: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=11415

Problem: When having no description for a workspace, the BE module says
"No workspaces found", which is wrong. The attached patch hides the row
"description" completely if no description set.
