[TYPO3-core] RFC #14095: impexp: doesn't work when used from clipboard in list module

OK. Here it is for trunk. Patches for 4.3 and 4.4 comming next days as
promised.

What I did is reverting the following commits:
http://forge.typo3.org/repositories/revision/typo3v4-core/6141
http://forge.typo3.org/repositories/revision/typo3v4-core/8193

And replacing all (missing) occurences of URLs which pointed directly to
the index.php instead to the module dispatcher.
