[TYPO3-core] RFC: #15110: Validation warnings with sprites

Hi,

the problem is that all is invalid, also in prior versions.

Imho the only chance is to change all in a to inline tags, so h2 and p 
had to be changed too.

i tried something with putting all outside of a, but then it's not 
possible to hover with css, only with js.

Even if we use ExtJS tooltip we have to put the info for the tooltip 
anywhere, so a invisible div after the a would be ok.
