Committed to trunk rev. 8762

Also added to NEWS.txt:
 > Pages of type "Shortcut" can now also link to the parent page, not
 > only to the first or a random subpage.

Created BT entry for RealURL [1]. It's not neccessarry that RealURL is 
updated, but it has a feature to directly point to the target page, 
which is not used for "parent page" without additional patch.
