Hi Ernesto,

Thanks for the commit! In my case it was simply annoying, because my 
validator has always shown this warnings. As an example I have seen some 
existing warnings with the latest Ext Direct changes after I updated the 
trunk. Before that, the warnings there simply hidden for me in the mass of 
other ones. Furthermore it's not a good style to leave this stupid warnings 
in the core. Also if they are just visible if you check with XHTML strict.

This is just my opinion to this issue and it should be definitly no 
invitation to start a discussion on this list. Thanks!
