Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

Type: Bugfix

Bugtracker reference:
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=16049

Branches:
trunk

Problem:
When the loading mask "locks" a frame and you hit Esc or cancel loading
of the page, the mask *must* disappear (imagine you have unsafed changes
there in this frame!)

Solution:
Unfortunately there seems to be no perfect solution, as there is no
event fired on aborting (which is somehow good, as it keeps the control
on the page's code on the user's side).

I decided to make the spinner icon clickable, so if a user cancels
loading (imagine unsaved values in a TCEform and you click on a page in
the tree by accident --> Esc), the mask can be removed and content made
accessible again.

Kind regards
Steffen
